Cantiere d’Arte Internazionale
The International Art Workshop is an artistic and cultural event created in 1976 by the composer Hans Werner Henze, whose main aims are the interaction between artists of international prestige and young talents. The event takes place in Montepulciano and in the lands of Siena and involves the performance of works, symphonic concerts, chamber music, ballets, performances and theatrical performances. The festival usually takes place in July every year.
